Air Cargo Logistics Park Expansion Project

CONCRETE APRON PANELS INSTALLATION
SUMMARY
During the construction of an Air Cargo Apron, Meacon was subcontracted to assist with the expansion of a cargo logistics park. During this project; meeting tight tolerances relative to reinforcing placements and finish grade, Maecon installed 4.5 km of formwork, reinforcing steel dowels, and assisting with the placing & finishing 4,900 m3 of concrete during 30 individual pours.
Nova Scotia Culvert Rehabilitation Project

CONCRETE REHABILITATION TO EXISTING STRUCTURES
SUMMARY
During a recent paving project in Victoria county, Maecon was subcontracted to complete the concrete rehabilitation of two existing structures; as well as change the configuration to allow for a wider roadway and the addition of a bike lane. On this project, we carried out concrete demolition, formwork, reinforcing steel, cast in place concrete and bridge rail. During the construction, environmental protection processes were implemented to ensure compliance with the Department of Fisheries and Environment Canada.
Parkade and Podium Restoration Project

CONCRETE RESTORATION & FORMWORK
SUMMARY
This project included concrete restoration, form-work, deck drain replacements, application of waterproofing membrane, asphalt paving and application of a traffic deck membrane system. Thanks to the awesome support we have from our vendors / sub-contractors, our crews completed this project on budget ahead of schedule.
